Huron One is a boutique ten residence condominium in the heart of River North, designed and built by SHB Studio.
The design pairs warm stone and vertical wood fins with full height glass, deep private terraces planted with greenery, and a private garage at street level. Eight duplex residences and two duplex penthouses range from about 2,900 to 3,500 square feet.
The building is in entitlement. Plans are released to the list first, and you can see the design direction in person at our showroom at 700 N LaSalle.

River North sits just north of the Chicago River and west of Michigan Avenue: the city's gallery district, with restaurants, design showrooms and the Magnificent Mile steps away.
The Red and Brown Lines are within a few minutes on foot, and the Loop is a short walk across the river.
